fitnessTIME is a format created by fullTIME to offer a complete fitness workout program (including both aerobic and holistic activities), specifically developed for hotels and other tourist facilities, carried out by professional fitness trainers under the direct supervision of fullTIME.
The program includes water aerobics, aerobics and step aerobics, belly-butt-thighs and total body classes as well as holistic activities such as Pilates, Yogaflex and stretching classes.
Activities are diversified and suitable for everyone (in the absence of any general medical contraindication).

All our instructors have a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Exercise, Physiology, Wellness or a related field. They always work under constant supervision of fullTIME managers.
They conform themselves scrupulously to the workplace standards and take also part in the general entertainment activities carried out by the rest of the fullTIME team, even though they always have a more specific role.
